Each entrée is thoughtfully prepared and presented on individual plates, combining refined style with the heart of Ethiopian culture. Most of our meals comes with injera, a soft sourdough flatbread used to enjoy richly spiced stews, sautéed meats, and vibrant vegetable dishes.
We proudly offer one of the most diverse vegan Ethiopian menus in Dallas, featuring flavorful options like slow-cooked lentils, turmeric-spiced cabbage, and seasoned tofu. These naturally plant-based dishes offer depth, comfort, and authenticity in every bite.
For meat lovers, our menu features classic Ethiopian specialties such as Doro Wot (spicy chicken stew), Lamb Tibs, and Kitfo, prepared with signature ingredients like berbere, awaze, and house-made kibbe — our clarified butter infused with herbs and spices.
